Why I’m Running.
For me, public service has always been about people including our students, our families, and the workers who keep our communities strong. Every day in the classroom and at the board table, I’ve seen how thoughtful leadership and smart investment can make a real difference in people’s lives.
I’m running for State Representative because I believe Illinois moves forward when we invest in our classrooms, value our workers, and build communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. I’m ready to bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to Springfield that is grounded in experience, guided by service, and focused on delivering results for the 84th District.
My Priorities.
Affordability & Property Tax Relief
Property taxes are one of the biggest concerns I hear from families across the 84th District. I will fight for responsible tax relief and balanced solutions that help families and seniors stay in their homes while protecting schools and essential local services.
Strong Public Schools
Great public schools are the foundation of opportunity and strong communities. I will work to fully fund our schools, support educators and staff, and ensure every student has the resources they need to succeed.
Working Families & Cost of Living
Too many families are feeling squeezed by everyday expenses like groceries, childcare, and utilities. I will focus on common-sense solutions that lower costs and help families keep more of what they earn.
Investing in Our Communities
Thriving communities depend on smart, long-term investment. I will advocate for infrastructure, public safety, healthcare, and housing solutions that make neighborhoods safer, more affordable, and better places to live.
